The MV154M is the highest rank model of Quaser vertical machining centers. It is powerful, efficient, and has super high accuracy. Every component of machine parts is selected carefully; C1 class ballscrew and high precision grade linear roller guide way. Only the best senior engineers in Quaser shop floor are able to assemble this model, hand scraping every rail contact surface in order to reach highest straightness accuracies and grantee superaccuracy. The machine is installed with high speed processer TNC530i or Fanuc 31i control, 0.05£gm linear scale, liquid cool circuit and spindle thermal compensation - all equipped as standard accessories. Spindle RPM can be selected from 15,000 coupling up to 25,000 63kw motor spindle.
The New QUASER MV154M even transforms into a higher standard version. Instead of the casting design for machine bed and column, Quaser uses poly concrete material. Obviously, this new technology will allow the machine to have high damping, low vibration and excellent thermal control.
